About us
The project and development department is a relatively new department consisting of specialists in various fields. The department consists of two parts: project-oriented and development-oriented. The development-oriented part includes functions such as environmental engineer, occupational safety coordinator, procurement officer, and IT/digitalization manager. The project-oriented part consists of technicians, construction engineers, and project managers.
About the position
As a business developer, you will be a central part of our development team. You will work closely with management, supervisors, and employees throughout the organization to create effective and sustainable working methods. Your mission involves having a holistic perspective, driving development, and turning ideas into concrete results. An important part of the role is to be present in the organization, meet colleagues, and identify development opportunities.
Your main areas
- Develop, improve, and visualize work processes and routines
- Collaborate with management and key functions to anchor and implement improvements.
- Drive and coordinate the ongoing change work Forward Together, where the implementation of the PDCA wheel is a central part.
- Follow up, analyze, and evaluate the effects of change and development work
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, participation, and learning
- Support the organization in digital transformation and process improvements
About you
The role requires an analytical and communicative change leader who, through a coaching and inclusive leadership style, creates participation and drives development together with others. You combine strategic development work with a present and operational approach, build trust within the organization, and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries. With a holistic perspective and strong structural ability, you turn ideas into concrete and sustainable results.
Requirements:
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer.
- Experience in change management and development work
- Experience in developing, improving, and visualizing work processes and routines
- Ability to collaborate with management and key functions to anchor and implement changes
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and speaking in front of groups
- Analytical skills and experience in translating data and insights into concrete improvements
- Experience in following up, analyzing, and evaluating development or change work
- Understanding of digital transformation and process improvements
Meritorious
- Experience with Power BI or similar analysis and visualization tools
- Experience in contributing to innovation and improvement cultures

Being able to communicate in both spoken and written Swedish and English is a requirement, as is a B driver's license.
